Workflows
Save work you repeat and run it on a schedule.
- What are workflows?A workflow is a set of instructions you save once and run whenever you need it, or on a schedule. Each run starts a new conversation with an agent.
- Create a workflowWrite instructions once and save them as a workflow you can run whenever you need. Saving a workflow doesn't run it or use your agent.
- Run a workflowStart a workflow with one click. Enjoy opens a new conversation where an agent follows the workflow's saved instructions.
- Add a workflow to a messageType @ in the message box to attach a saved workflow, add your own details, and send. The agent gets the workflow's full instructions along with your message.
- Edit a workflowChange a workflow's instructions, title, collection, agent, or schedule. Changes apply to future runs. Runs and messages that already used it keep the version they started with.
- Schedule a workflowSet a workflow to run every day, every weekday, every week, or on a custom schedule. Enjoy starts each run in a new conversation while it's open on your computer.
- Write a custom schedule for a workflowWhen every day, every weekday, or every week doesn't fit, choose Advanced… and describe the schedule with a five-part cron expression.
- Choose which agent runs a workflowGive a workflow a preferred agent, model, effort, speed, and permissions. Its runs use those settings. Without them, Enjoy uses the agent settings you last used in the project.
- Link workflows so one runs after anotherMention one workflow inside another with @. When the first runs, the agent continues with the linked workflow in the same conversation, using its latest instructions.
- Organize workflows into collectionsGroup related workflows into collections, filter the list by collection, and delete a collection you no longer need.
- Add ready-made workflows from the GalleryBrowse the Workflow Gallery for ready-made workflows, read exactly what each one asks the agent to do, and add the ones you want to your project.
- Ask your agent to create or change a workflowDescribe a routine in a conversation and your agent can save it as a workflow, give it a schedule, or update one you already have. Changes take effect right away.
- Delete a workflowRemove a workflow and its schedule from a project. Conversations from earlier runs stay, and the copy kept in those conversations can bring the workflow back.
