Delete a workflow
Remove a workflow and its schedule from a project. Conversations from earlier runs stay, and the copy kept in those conversations can bring the workflow back.
Steps
Open the workflow
In Workflows, select the workflow.
Select Edit workflow
The editor opens beside the list.
Select Delete workflow
It’s the trash button at the bottom left of the editor. Enjoy deletes the workflow right away, without asking to confirm.
Good to know
- Its schedule stops with it. Conversations from earlier runs, and messages that included the workflow, stay as they were.
- To bring it back, open a conversation where it was run or added to a message, and select the workflow’s chip. Enjoy shows “This workflow was removed. You can save a copy of the version used in your message.” Select Save a copy, then Save workflow.
- To keep it but stop it repeating, set Repeat to Never instead. See Schedule a workflow.
- To delete many at once, delete their collection. See Organize workflows into collections.
- A workflow you added from the Gallery can be added again from there. See Add ready-made workflows from the Gallery.
- The iPhone app can’t delete workflows.
If something goes wrong
There’s no trash button
The trash button only appears for workflows that are already saved. For a new workflow you haven’t saved, select Cancel.
Edit workflow is greyed out
You have View only access to the project. Ask its owner for Can work access.
