Where to find Enjoy's settings
A map of Enjoy's settings, from your account window and the Appearance button to project settings and the computer app's menus.
Enjoy keeps its settings in a few places. Most of them apply only to the device you change them on.
Your account window
Select the circle with your initial in the top-right corner of Enjoy. The Your account window opens. When you’re signed out in the web app, the same window is called Settings. From top to bottom:
- Unlimited, your plan, with Manage for billing. See Manage or cancel your subscription.
- My computers. Your computers, your phone and browsers, and team members. See Rename or disconnect your devices.
- Password & sign-in. Change your password, add Google sign-in, and Sign out on other devices. In the computer app, it also has Use keychain for credentials. See Change your password and Store your Enjoy sign-in in the system keychain.
- App settings. Sounds and notifications for agent replies and decisions. In the computer app, it also has Share usage statistics. See Choose sounds and notifications and Turn usage statistics on or off.
- Community. Send feedback, Show feedback in toolbar, Join the Slack, and Support.
Sign out and Done are at the bottom.
The Appearance button
The sun or moon button in the top bar, beside your account circle, opens Appearance. It holds the theme and how dense conversations look. See Change Enjoy’s look and Use Compact view for conversations and messages.
Project settings
Each project has its own settings, such as its name, color, image, agent instructions, and where its records are stored. Select Project settings at the right end of the bar below the project tabs. See Change a project’s name and settings.
The computer app’s menus
- File has Check for updates…. See Update Enjoy.
- Help has View release notes, Contact support, and Delete all application data…. See What’s in the Help and File menus.
On a Mac, the menus are in the menu bar at the top of your screen. On Windows, select the menu button with three lines in the top-left corner of Enjoy. On Linux, they’re in the menu bar of the Enjoy window.
On your iPhone
Select the round button with your initial at the top of the Computers screen, or of the Projects screen when there’s no Computers screen, to open Settings. It shows your account and plan, your computers and the ones shared with you, this iPhone’s name, Export connection logs, and Sign out. Billing and app preferences are in the computer app or the web app.
