What's in the Help and File menus
The computer app's menus hold release notes, support, updates, the app version, and a full reset. Here's what each item does and where to find the menus.
Where the menus are
- Mac: in the menu bar at the top of your screen while Enjoy is the app in front.
- Windows: select the button with three lines in the top-left corner of Enjoy. The menus open from there.
- Linux: in the menu bar of the Enjoy window.
The Help menu
- View release notes opens What’s new in Enjoy inside the app. See See what’s new in Enjoy.
- Contact support opens your email app with a new message to help@enjoy.dev. See Contact support.
- Delete all application data… resets Enjoy on this computer, after asking you to confirm. Your project folders stay. See Delete all application data.
- About, on Windows and Linux, shows which version of Enjoy you have. On a Mac, choose About Enjoy from the Enjoy menu instead.
The File menu
- Check for updates… looks for a new version of Enjoy right away and shows the result in a small panel. See Update Enjoy.
- On a Mac, Close Window (⌘W) closes the open file tab when you’re in Files. Otherwise it hides the Enjoy window, and agents keep working. Select Enjoy’s icon in the Dock to bring the window back.
- On Windows, File also has Close and Exit. Both quit Enjoy.
The other menus
- Edit has Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, and Select All. On Linux, it has Cut, Copy, Paste, and Select All.
- On a Mac and on Windows, Window has Minimize and commands to resize or close the window.
- On a Mac, the Enjoy menu also has Hide Enjoy and Quit Enjoy, and View has full screen.
