Mark a conversation as unread

ComputerWeb appiPhone1 min readUpdated October 3, 2026

Flag a conversation to come back to later. Enjoy marks the agent's latest reply as unread, so the conversation shows under the Unread filter.

Enjoy marks an agent’s replies as read when you look at the conversation while the Enjoy window is in front. Marking a conversation as unread is a way to remind yourself to come back to it.

Steps

  1. Open the conversation

Select it in the conversation list.

  2. Open the menu

Select the ⋯ button (Conversation actions) at the top right of the conversation.

  3. Choose Mark as unread

Enjoy marks the agent’s latest reply as unread and closes the conversation, so it isn’t marked as read again right away.

Good to know

  • A conversation with unread replies shows a dot on its message icon in the list, and it appears under the Unread filter above the list.
  • The number beside the Conversations tab at the top of the project counts conversations with unread replies, or with a question or request waiting for you.
  • Mark as unread is available once the agent has replied at least once.
  • Opening the conversation again, with the Enjoy window in front, marks it as read.
  • In the iPhone app, touch and hold a conversation in the list and choose Mark as unread or Mark as read. Inside a conversation, open Conversation actions (the ⋯ button) and choose Mark unread.
