Fix connection problems
When Enjoy can't reach your account or check your plan, retry, test another network, and check whether your Wi-Fi or provider is blocking Enjoy.
Enjoy needs the internet to check your account and plan and to connect your devices. When it can’t, you may see We can’t reach your account, We couldn’t check your plan, Unable to reach Enjoy. Check your connection and try again., or a notice that the account service is unavailable. A Connection help link usually appears with them. It opens Trouble connecting to Enjoy?, and this guide summarizes it.
Steps
Try again
Select Try again, or Retry connection in the notice inside your project.
Check the basics
Make sure other websites load, and that your device’s date and time are correct.
Try another network
On your phone, turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data. On your computer, connect to your phone’s hotspot, then retry. If Enjoy works there, your usual network may be blocking it. Your mobile plan’s data charges may apply.
Check your Wi-Fi’s security settings
Look in your internet provider’s app or your router’s settings for a blocked-site alert. If you can allow a single site, allow enjoy.dev, www.enjoy.dev, and app.enjoy.dev. Keep your other protections on. On a work or school network, ask your IT team.
Contact support if you’re still stuck
Email help@enjoy.dev with your internet provider, your device, the exact error, and whether Enjoy works on another network. Don’t include passwords or sign-in codes.
Good to know
- Enjoy uses a new domain, and some internet providers and Wi-Fi security tools mistakenly block new or unfamiliar websites. The connection guide has links to request a review from Spectrum and Xfinity. With another provider, ask its support team to review a possible incorrect website block.
- While the computer app shows We can’t reach your account, it tries again by itself every 30 seconds and whenever you come back to its window.
- If the connection drops after the computer app has opened your projects, you can keep working in them. The notice says Your local projects are still accessible.
- If the connection guide won’t load on your usual Wi-Fi, open it on your phone using mobile data. Enjoy says the same under Connection help: Help won’t open? Try mobile data or a phone hotspot.
- For a phone or browser that can’t reach your computer, see Fix a phone or browser that can’t reach your computer.

Could not open your browser. Copy this address
Enjoy couldn’t open Connection help in your browser. Copy the address it shows, https://enjoy.dev/help/connection/, into any browser.
We couldn’t check your plan
Enjoy needs to confirm your plan before it opens your projects. Select Try again once your connection works. If it keeps failing on a working connection, see Contact support.
