Trouble connecting
to Enjoy?
Some internet providers and Wi-Fi security tools are mistakenly blocking Enjoy. Here’s how to get connected.
Enjoy uses a new domain. Security filters can flag new or unfamiliar websites before they’ve built a reputation. This can appear as a connection error, a page that won’t load, or a security warning.
We’re in contact with the affected internet providers to get these blocks corrected.
Does Enjoy work on mobile data?
On your phone, turn off Wi-Fi and open Enjoy using mobile data. On your computer, try your phone’s hotspot, then retry the connection.
If Enjoy works there, your usual network may be filtering it. Your mobile plan’s data charges may apply.
Is your Wi-Fi blocking Enjoy?
Check your internet provider’s app or router security settings for a blocked-site alert. If a site-specific allow option is available, allow the Enjoy addresses below.
Keep your other security protections on. On a work or school network, ask your IT team to review the block.
