Get Enjoy Cloud
Enjoy Cloud is a monthly subscription for everything that reaches your computer from somewhere else. Enjoy itself is free. For the current price, see pricing.
Before you start
- Enjoy is open on your computer. If you haven’t activated it yet and its 12 hours aren’t up, activating gives you 30 days of Enjoy Cloud first, with no card. See Activate Enjoy.
Steps
Select Get Enjoy Cloud
It’s on the plan card in Your account, which you open from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, and in the row above it once the 12 hours to activate are up. It’s also in the window that opens when you choose something that needs Enjoy Cloud, such as Connect a personal device, which sets Enjoy, free on this computer, beside Enjoy Cloud.
Sign in, or create your account
If Enjoy isn’t signed in yet, it asks you to sign in or create an Enjoy account first.
Finish checkout in your browser
A secure checkout page from Stripe, Enjoy’s payment provider, opens in your web browser, and Enjoy shows Finish in your browser with Waiting for payment. Enter your card details there. You’re charged today. If the page closed, select Open checkout again.
Return to Enjoy
The window changes to Enjoy Cloud is on by itself when your payment goes through. Select Connect your phone to connect one now, or Done.
During your first 30 days
To keep Enjoy Cloud when your first 30 days end, add a card before then:
- Select Add a card. It’s on the plan card in Your account, beside the day your 30 days end.
- Add your card. A secure page from Stripe opens in your web browser. Enter your card and save it.
- Return to Enjoy. The plan card shows the day your 30 days end and the price after them. Nothing is charged before your 30 days end.
Good to know
- If you have a promotion code, you can enter it on the checkout page.
- Every computer is included. To use another one, see Add another computer.
- Team members you invite each need their own Enjoy Cloud.
- To change your card, see invoices, or cancel later, see Manage or cancel your subscription.
If something goes wrong
Enjoy still waits after you paid
Enjoy hears from the server when your payment goes through. Wait a moment, and check that your computer is online. If it keeps waiting, open Your account and look at the plan card, or see Contact support.
Checkout doesn’t open
Enjoy shows the reason in the window. Check your connection and select Open checkout again. If it keeps happening, see Fix connection problems.
