Reset a forgotten password
Get a reset link by email, choose a new password in your browser, then sign in again everywhere you use Enjoy.
You don’t need your old password, a signed-in device, or your computer to do this. The reset link works in any browser, including on your phone.
Steps
Start from the sign-in screen
On the Welcome back screen, in the computer app or the web app, select Forgot password? below the sign-in form. The Forgot your password? screen opens.
Send the link
Check that the Email field shows the address you use for Enjoy, then select Send reset link. Enjoy shows Check your email with that address.
Open the email
Look for an email from Enjoy with the subject Reset your Enjoy password, and select the link in it. A page called Set a new password opens in your browser.
Choose a new password
Type it in New password and again in Confirm password. It needs at least 12 characters. Then select Reset password.
Sign in again
The page shows Password updated. Go back to Enjoy on your computer and sign in with the new password, then do the same in any browser where you use Enjoy.
Good to know
- The link works for 30 minutes and only once.
- Resetting your password signs you out everywhere, including the computer app and every browser. Your projects stay on your computer.
- It also disconnects phones and browsers you connected to your computer with a code. They say they were removed and ask for a new code. Connect them again after you sign in. See Connect your phone.
- Sharing ends too. People you invited to your computer, and computers others shared with you, need a new invitation.
- Check your email appears even when no account uses the address you typed, so make sure it’s the email you signed up with.
- To send another link, wait for Send again in to count down, then select Send another link. To try a different address, select Use a different email.
- If you signed up with Google, you can use these steps to add a password. Your Google sign-in keeps working.

If something goes wrong
This link has expired
Reset links last 30 minutes and work once. Select Get a new link, type your email, and send a fresh one.
Your passwords don’t match. Try again.
The two password fields are different. Type the same new password in both.
Choose a password between 12 and 128 characters.
Your new password is too short or too long. Pick one with at least 12 characters.
The email doesn’t arrive
Check your spam or junk folder for Reset your Enjoy password. Make sure you typed the address you use for Enjoy, then send another link after the countdown ends.
Too many requests. Wait a minute before requesting another link.
You asked for several links in a short time. Wait a minute, then try once more.
Password recovery is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly.
Enjoy couldn’t request the link from its account service. Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, see Contact support.
