Add Google sign-in to your account

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to Enjoy with your email and password.
• Use the Google account with the same email address as your Enjoy account. Enjoy can’t connect a Google account with a different address.
• Connect Google only appears when Google sign-in is available and your account isn’t connected to Google yet.

Steps

1. Open your account

   Select the circle with your initial in the top-right corner of Enjoy.

2. Select Password & sign-in

   The section expands.

3. Select Connect Google

   Your web browser opens Google’s sign-in page, and Enjoy shows Finish connecting Google in your browser.

4. Choose your Google account

   Finish in the browser, then return to Enjoy. It shows Google connected. You can now use Google to sign in.

Good to know

• From now on, Password & sign-in says You can sign in with Google. Your password keeps working too.
• If Continue with Google on the sign-in screen says Google sign-in could not be completed., sign in with your password instead, then connect Google with these steps.
• On the sign-in screen, use Continue with Google to sign in this way. See Sign in and out of Enjoy.
• To stop waiting for the browser, select Cancel under the message. In the web app, if Google’s page doesn’t open, select Open Google sign-in.
• If Google is your only way to sign in and you’d like a password too, sign out, then use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. See Reset a forgotten password.

If something goes wrong

Google sign-in expired. Please try again.

Connecting has to finish within five minutes, and sometimes sooner in the web app. Select Connect Google again and finish sooner.

Google sign-in could not be completed.

Google didn’t connect. This happens when you cancel in the browser, when the Google account uses a different email address than your Enjoy account, or when it’s already connected to another Enjoy account. Select Connect Google again and choose the Google account with the same email as your Enjoy account.

Sign in again to finish connecting Google.

Your Enjoy session ended while you were in the browser. Sign in to Enjoy again, then repeat the steps.

Retry Google sign-in

In the web app, the button changes to this when Enjoy couldn’t get Google’s page ready. Select it to try again. If it keeps failing, check your connection. See Fix connection problems.
